This is a 10-week closed* group designed for individuals who have committed to creating a recovery focused life and want support around continuing to challenge self-destructive behavior patterns. Topics addressed include increasing balance in thinking and emotional patterns, healthy relationships, boundaries, body image, listening to and honoring your bodies needs, making healthy choices in the moment, and self-acceptance. Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills are integrated into the curriculum.
